KUROMA counter top pressure fryers





The KUROMA fryer is a pressure vessel.  Every 12 months all pressure vessels must be examined and once passed, issued with an examination certificate.

Before continuing use please ensure that your KUROMA pressure fryer has been issued the examination certificate.


Summary of instructions of use:

Hot oil causes nasty burns, appropriate ppe is recommended when dealing with hot oil under pressure.

Switch on 20 minutes before you want to start to cook and while you are waiting for the temperature to reach 165ºC, shake the chicken joints in a bag with the breading mix (a seasoned flour).

Carefully place the joints one at a time in the oil and fasten the lid.  

Set the timer to about 15 minutes and leave it.

Pressure will build up in the pot and excess steam will vent from the dead weight valve.

After the set time, pressure is automatically vented.

When the all the pressure is released remove the lid and lift out the basket (the handle will be hot).
